Shipping and Returns Policies:
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns must be authorized.
Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
The customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to our warehouse. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking.
Returns must be received unused and in original packaging in saleable condition.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of invoice for items in new, unused condition.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to Purchaser.
Damaged and or Defective Items:
In cases where the customer receives an item that is damaged or defective and the item is not covered under a damage/defective or buyer's remorse allowance.
All damaged and or defective items are to be reported to customer service within 7 days from the date the product is received.
We require that you send image(s) of the damaged item when you begin the replacement order process as we will need those images in order to have our claims processed. Images can be sent directly to customer service.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to contact us.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Errors and Omissions
When discovered, errors will be corrected promptly. We reserve the right to revoke any offer, to refuse part or all of an order, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is changed or cancelled, We will issue a credit to your credit card account for the appropriate amount. Note: Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein.
Your order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before We can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, We will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until We have received and processed the back ordered inventory in our warehouse.
